The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that its online portal for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ remobilisation exercise will be open from December 16 to December 23, 2025.
The initiative targets corps members who failed to complete their service year, offering them another opportunity to regularise their status and return to the scheme.
The announcement was made through NYSC’s official social media platforms, where the management clarified that the exercise is exclusively for corps members who previously absconded from service. According to the agency, the remobilisation programme is designed to ensure that all participants fulfil the mandatory one-year national service.
In its notice, NYSC stressed that any corps member who abandoned service and wishes to be reabsorbed must complete the registration process within the specified dates. The agency also warned that the opportunity will not be extended beyond the current batch.
Absconded corps members who are required to refund monthly allowances collected during their earlier service period have been directed to process the repayments via their personal dashboards on the registration portal.

Additionally, NYSC explained that individuals who attempted but did not complete registration during the 2025 Batch ‘B’ remobilisation—particularly those who failed to finalise documentation at the state level—must begin the process afresh under the Batch ‘C’ exercise.
NYSC reiterated that strict adherence to the registration timeline is mandatory, noting that any absconded corps member who fails to register within the approved period will be excluded from the 2025 Batch ‘C’ remobilisation programme.
