Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, is scheduled to appear before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja over an alleged assault incident involving fellow musician Levi Ogbogiri, also known by his stage name Kraziecent.

The case, a civil suit marked FCT/HC/CV/121/2025, was filed by Kraziecent, who claims the rapper physically attacked him at an event held in December 2024.

According to the plaintiff, the assault occurred while he was filming and taking photos at the venue. He alleges that Odumodublvck, without provocation, physically assaulted him and smashed his iPhone 15 Pro Max during the altercation.

The plaintiff is seeking court-ordered compensation for medical expenses, emotional distress, and damage to property. He is also demanding a public apology to be issued by the defendant across all his social media platforms and in at least two national newspapers. Additionally, Kraziecent is requesting a restraining order to prevent any further harassment or contact from the rapper.

At the court’s most recent sitting, presided over by Justice J.O.E. Adeyemi-Ajayi, the matter was adjourned until November 26, 2025, following a motion by Odumodublvck’s legal team requesting additional time to respond to the claims.

The defense argued that they needed more time to “put their house in order” before formally addressing the allegations.

Court documents confirmed that the rapper had been duly served but had yet to file a defense before the adjournment.

Justice Adeyemi-Ajayi granted the extension and emphasized the need for all parties to come prepared at the next hearing.

The development has sparked reactions across the entertainment industry, with fans and stakeholders expressing concern over rising incidents of celebrity misconduct.

This is not the first time Odumodublvck has come under public scrutiny. In late 2024, a video showing him allegedly knocking a phone from a fan’s hand went viral, drawing backlash on social media over what many described as a pattern of aggressive behavior.

While Odumodublvck has not publicly commented on the current lawsuit, his management team has yet to issue an official statement regarding the court case or the allegations raised.

As the legal proceedings unfold, attention will turn to the November hearing, which is expected to determine the next steps in a case that could set a precedent for accountability in Nigeria’s music and entertainment circles.
