In celebration of World Oral Health Day, observed globally every March 20, Colgate, in collaboration with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), the African Dental Students Association (AFRODSA), and officials of Amuwo Odofin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in FESTAC, Lagos, organized a vibrant health walk and community outreach to raise awareness on oral hygiene.

The Lagos event drew participation from top delegates, including Yetunde Baderinwa, the NYSC Lagos State Coordinator, as well as representatives from AFRODSA and local government authorities. All participants actively engaged in the outreach activities, distributing free toothpaste samples to community members and encouraging the adoption of regular brushing habits.

During the event, Shravan Kumar, Brand Manager at Colgate, emphasized the importance of public education in oral health:
